Amazon Brand Operations Manager for USA Based Ecommerce Company – Full Time, Long Term, and Well Paying
We are a USA based business selling our own custom branded private label products on Amazon USA. We are expanding our catalog and need support with our growth. Our owner is looking for an exceptional individual to become his right hand man or woman in the Philippines who can run day to day operations, manage Filipino employees, and help push the company forward to meet its goals. You will be working closely with the CEO who has been selling on Amazon for 7+ years. We want someone with experience who can step into this role and hit the ground running and take ownership.
The time commitment will be a minimum of 40 hours/wk and you must not be working for any other companies. We offer you competitive pay, incentives, 13th month, bonuses, and long term stability. We are a small but quickly growing company and you will become a crucial part of our team. Hours are normal Philippine hours.
Experience Required:
– minimum 3 years of seller central usage and experience with selling on Amazon
– Previous experience in an Amazon operations, brand management, or related role
– Knowledge of all parts of private label process on Amazon – product research, sourcing, listing creation, and product launch
– Experience as a manager of other filipino employees

Your responsibilities will include multiple areas of daily management and progress of an Amazon business:
1) Project Management and Followthrough – keeping projects moving forward, planning timelines, ensuring big objectives are being met on time, resolving small details to keep things moving, communicate with suppliers and other contacts
2) Logistics – Overseeing logistics and supply chain, communicating with suppliers and freight forwarders to hit deadlines
3) Creating Amazon product listings – working and communicating with graphic designers, photographers, and other 3rd parties to make high quality product pages per our SOPs
4) Product Launches – Managing new product launches, keyword research, monitoring KPIs
5) Managing current small team of Filipino Virtual Assistants – checking work as necessary and delegating
6) Creating systems and SOPs – know our SOPs inside and out and keep projects moving forward, create new ones as needed
7) General store management – monitoring overall KPI’s, contacting seller support, troubleshooting any problems that come up
