Amazon Brand Outreach/Product Sourcing Specialist

Greater Goods is a dynamic and rapidly growing business on the Amazon platform. We specialize in sporting goods and unique outdoor gear. As we expand our reach and influence, we are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in brand outreach and product sourcing.

Responsibilities – As a Brand Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Email Outreach:
Conducting outreach to potential brands and distributors within the sports and outdoors community.
Crafting persuasive and personalized emails to introduce our brand, products, and partnership opportunities.

Product Sourcing:
Analyzing product costs, shipping fees, and other related expenses to determine overall profitability.

Reporting:
Providing regular reports on outreach and sourcing activities, including response rates, brands secured, and key learnings.

Education:
From time to time will be required to participate in webinars, software training, as well as other continuing education initiatives.

EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED, WE WILL PROVIDE TRAINING, HOWEVER, WE DO REQUIRE THE FOLLOWING:

Requirements:
-Good English speaking and writing skills.
-Good computer skills in software like Google sheets, a CRM, Google Chrome, and the use of browser extensions.
-Effective communication skills for interacting with suppliers and internal teams.
-Fast and reliable internet.
-Familiarity with the Amazon platform and understanding of e-commerce dynamics.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Must be willing to work on US central time.
-Love for continuous learning.
