Key Responsibilities:

A+ Content Design:

Create and enhance A+ content to improve product listings and drive conversions.
Listing Management:

Manage and update product listings to ensure accuracy and optimization.
Make necessary changes to listings to enhance visibility and sales performance.
Customer Service Communication:

Communicate effectively with Amazon support, addressing issues and resolving them promptly.
Provide excellent customer service to maintain positive relationships with Amazon representatives.
Image and Content Improvement:

Collaborate with the creative team to enhance product images and content, ensuring they align with brand standards and appeal to customers.
Advertising Management (Potentially):

Assist in managing Amazon Ads campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
Business Analysis:

Analyze business reports to identify opportunities for growth and improve market share.
Provide insights and actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Strategic Growth:

Generate ideas to expand the company’s growth beyond Amazon, leveraging other e-commerce platforms and marketing strategies.
Experience and Expertise:

Demonstrated experience in dealing with Amazon customer service.
Proven track record of managing other businesses’ Amazon accounts.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing and optimizing Amazon listings.
Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
