We are an e-commerce brand specializing in beauty products, with a significant presence on the Amazon platform. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has led us to become a trusted name in the industry. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team and help us manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon business.

Position Overview:
As a Virtual Assistant (VA) for our e-commerce brand, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our Amazon storefront. You will be responsible for executing various tasks to ensure the smooth running of our business, from managing product listings to customer service and marketing support. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, excellent at following instructions, possesses strong English communication skills, and has basic Photoshop skills to assist with image editing.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure product availability on Amazon.

Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer support to maintain high seller ratings.

Basic Image Editing: Utilize Photoshop skills to enhance product images, create graphics for marketing materials, and maintain a visually appealing storefront.

Competitor Analysis: Keep an eye on competitor activities and pricing, providing insights to optimize our product offerings and pricing strategy.

General Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining documentation.

Social Media Management: Manage and update our brand’s social media accounts, including posting engaging content, responding to messages and comments, and growing our online presence.

Supplier Search: Identify potential new suppliers or manufacturers for our products, negotiate terms, and establish partnerships to expand our product offerings.

Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Basic Photoshop skills for image editing and graphic creation.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.
* Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
* Prior experience in e-commerce, particularly on Amazon, is a plus.
