Overview:

As an Amazon Business Manager/Amazon Business Specialist, the candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on the Amazon platform, with a focus on increasing sales, improving visibility, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Objectives for the Position:

• Amazon Store Management: Create and maintain our Amazon store, ensuring that product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search and conversions.
• Product Listing Optimization: Write compelling product descriptions, titles, and keywords to improve product visibility and click-through rates.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations, while minimizing storage fees.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant search terms and incorporate them into product listings
• Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales data, traffic metrics (BSR), and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitor activities on Amazon and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Act as a point of contact for identifying and resolving any operational issues or technical challenges related to Amazon sales, listings, or advertising campaigns

Non Negotiable Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as an Amazon Business Specialist / Amazon Business Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s Seller Central platform.
• Proficiency in utilizing Helium 10, to conduct comprehensive keyword research, analyze competitors and optimize product listings
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in submitting flat files to manage bulk product updates and modifications efficiently.
• Skilled in creating and processing support tickets with Amazon Seller Support to resolve product-related issues, ensuring accurate and timely problem resolution.
