Amazon Business Manager

Overview: I am looking for a business manager for my sports brand based in the UK, selling on the UK Amazon marketplace. To start with the work will be part time hours with opportunities to become full time as we continue to grow, looking for a long term loyal working relationship with bonus opportunities available based on performance, on top of salary.
I started this brand about 2 years ago and want to continue to grow it and get more aggressive and focused with it now over the next 2 years, but I also have a lot of time consumed with a current job, I am good at creating a vision / growth strategy (although of course open to hear other’s views on this), but need help in the day to day runnings, monitoring all figures and general admin.

Traits to possess:
-Must be good with numbers (monitoring PPC daily spend, refund costs, along with our shipping costs, unit cost etc), essentially ensure profitability but if unprofitable be able to make me aware what is causing this.
-Clear communication / good English-speaking level
-Skilled with Amazon and experienced with amazon selling.

Daily tasks can include;
-Help integrate amazon fulfilment with Shopify website
-Replying to customers / Monitoring reviews / monitoring refunds
-Monitoring PPC and sales costs (you will NOT need to launch or edit PPC campaigns- I have someone who does this successfully already)
-Ensuring listing reviews are optimised
-Monitoring stock! Communicating with me so I know about re orders and be willing to communicate in my group chat with my suppliers
-Social media – just need to check if any dms daily and tell me if there are, don’t need to actually do any outreach or anything, but if someone tags us in anything if you can add to story that would be great and also publish the Posts I send to you when I say with captions although this will only be once a week we post on FB/INSTA.
-Supply chain management with suppliers

As I can be very busy at times, I’d want reports on what is done on the days you work, whether it’s an excel, google doc or you messaging me. I am paying hourly so of course do want to know what’s being done, but I appreciate as it’s not a huge business not every minute will involve intense work.
Although a lot above listed, I promise I am not a pain to work for!
