Amazon Business, Products Research, Placing Orders, Inventory Management, Work with USA Suppliers

Hi,

We are looking for someone to help us grow our Amazon business and to join our team.

You will have to call our sales reps when needed about POs, Invoices, Issues, etc., so excellent spoken and written English is required.

Some daily tasks:
– product research and placing purchase orders
– inventory management
– purchase order tracking from Supplier to warehouse and then to Amazon
– payments and invoices review – make sure all products sent and received
– monitor tracking numbers from FEDEX and UPS, etc.
– phone and email communication with our sales reps if any issues

– amazon products research, searching for profitable products with good margins
– creating purchase orders and purchase orders tracking
– inventory management and restocking profitable products
– adding new products to our Amazon store

Required skills:
– good knowledge or excel, google docs
– work with team members
– good communication skills
– will need fast stable internet connection with possible backup
– correct grammar English is a must for email communication with our suppliers and sales reps
– this job requires attention to detail
– this full time position
– someone good with numbers (needed for research, profitability calculations, tracking, payments, etc.)

So we need capable people with very good English with friendly but confident voice to be able to talk to business and sales reps.

I will provide step by step training and hands-on support, but I expect the successful candidate to be a ‘self starter’, someone who can take initiative and learn on the job.

This is long term position.
