**Job Title: Amazon Buyer**

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Amazon Buyer to join our e-commerce team. The Amazon Buyer will be responsible for managing product assortment, inventory levels, pricing, and promotions on the Amazon platform. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining profitability.

**Responsibilities:**
– Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle on Amazon, including product selection, listing creation, inventory management, and performance optimization.
– Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitive landscape, and market trends to make data-driven decisions for product assortment and pricing strategies.
– Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns, including Lightning Deals, Prime Day events, and more.
– Maintain a strong understanding of Amazon’s algorithm and search ranking factors to optimize product visibility and search performance.
– Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and available for customers, while also avoiding overstock situations.
– Work closely with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and shipping arrangements.
– Conduct regular analysis of product reviews and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and Amazon policy changes to proactively adjust strategies.
– Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and issues related to Amazon orders and products.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience in e-commerce, preferably with a focus on Amazon marketplace.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make actionable recommendations.
– Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
– Understanding of Amazon’s search algorithm and best practices for product optimization is a plus.
– Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Knowledge of consumer electronics (if applicable to the product category) is a plus.
