Job Description

Account manager
1. Product Ordering and Tracking: Place orders for items from multiple online sources and coordinate deliveries to our prep center. Follow up with suppliers regarding order status and address any product-related issues. Check and update receipts of products in the interface. Maintain accurate records of products and inventory using Google Sheets and a 3rd party prep and fulfillment company.
2. Repricer Management: Set up and monitor repricing strategies using provided software to ensure competitive pricing and maximize sales while maintaining profitability.
3. Ad Campaign: Add new items to established Amazon PPC ad campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and optimization.
4. Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, addressing their concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
5. Amazon Inquiry Handling: Monitor and respond to inquiries and communications from Amazon Seller Support regarding account-related matters, policy compliance, and operational issues.
6. Inventory Management: Regularly check and update inventory levels to ensure products are in stock. Coordinate with suppliers for restocking and handle any stranded inventory issues, taking necessary actions to resolve them and make the products available for sale.
7. Profitability Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of product performance, sales trends, and profitability metrics. Identify opportunities for growth and optimization based on data-driven insights.
Requirements:
1. Previous Experience: Proven experience working as an Amazon Account Manager, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role with exposure to Amazon seller account management and operations.
2. Knowledge of Amazon Marketplace: Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and understanding of Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices for account management, product listing, and customer service.
3. Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and Amazon Seller Support.
4. Daily Updates: Provide a short daily email at the end of each working day, summarizing the tasks worked on and any challenges faced. Maintain open communication and seek help and support when needed to complete tasks.
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve product performance, pricing strategies, and overall account profitability.
6. Organization and Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and efficiently manage multiple responsibilities.
