Amazon Case Resolution Specialist

Role Overview:
Plantifique, a leading skincare brand, is seeking an Amazon Case Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Amazon cases, monitoring account health on all marketplaces, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating closely with our Account Manager to ensure the success of our brand on the Amazon platform.
Key responsibilities:
1. Amazon Case Management:
– Collaborate with the Sales Team to proactively open and monitor cases, identifying areas for improvement in the case management process.
– Handle and prioritize cases related to Plantifique’s products and account.
– Provide timely and professional responses to resolve any issues.
– Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve technical or logistical issues quickly.
2. Account Health Monitoring:
– Regularly review and analyze the health of our Amazon seller account, including metrics related to order defect rate, late shipments, negative feedback, and policy violations.
– Take proactive measures to maintain or improve account health and prevent performance issues.
3. Collaboration with Account Manager:
– Work closely with the Account Manager to solve any issue, develop and implement Amazon marketplace strategies and goals.
4. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
– Stay updated on Amazon’s policies and regulations, ensuring that the brand remains compliant with all guidelines.
– Address and correct any policy violations promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Strong familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its various features.
– Experience in managing Amazon cases and resolving seller account issues.
– Strong understanding of Amazon’s seller platform and policies.
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in data analysis and using Amazon Seller Central tools.
– A proactive and organized approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities.
