Job Description:
We need an Amazon Catalog Content Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will update and maintain our Amazon catalog, handle account health, and work with Amazon’s Seller Support.
* Key Responsibilities
Update and maintain Amazon listings.
Use Seller Central, Brand Registry, and Vendor Central for updates.
Solve listing issues and follow up with Amazon support.
Make sure listings are accurate and optimized.
Work with Amazon support teams to make needed updates.
* Qualifications:
Experience managing Amazon listings in a busy environment.
Experience updating listings with Amazon flat files.
Experience fixing Amazon account health issues.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Brand Registry, and Vendor Central.
Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English.
Ability to work alone and handle multiple tasks.
Familiarity with Amazon’s rules and e-commerce best practices.
* Workspace Requirements:
Internet speed of at least 100 Mbps.
Backup internet service in case the main one fails.
A dedicated work laptop or desktop (Windows 10 or newer).
Ability to install TimeDoctor for time-tracking.
A cellphone with an active plan for emergency contact.
Slack is installed on your phone for emergency messages.
