Amazon Catalog and Troubleshooting Specialist

Job Overview:
Infinisia, a dynamic e-commerce company, is seeking an experienced Amazon Catalog and Troubleshooting Specialist. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and success of our product listings on Amazon. The ideal candidate will excel in navigating Amazon’s system, effectively communicating with seller support, and resolving listing issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Listing Issue Resolution: Handle various listing issues, including suspected IP violations, Hazmat/Dangerous Goods, Pesticides, and other listing violations.
• Effective Communication with Amazon: Skillfully interact with Amazon Seller Support, including calls and case escalations, to overcome standard templated or irrelevant responses.
• Amazon Reimbursement Specialist: Your daily task will involve creating, following up on, and winning cases. Ensure that FBA lost and inbound claims are efficiently managed and closed.
• Account and Inventory Management: Maintain perfect account health, manage inventory issues, and identify opportunities for reimbursement maximization.
• Listing Optimization: Upload listings, create parentage, manage inventory events, and execute merchandising tasks.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Product Detail Page issues, manage feed files, and resolve listing/account health issues.
• Continuous Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor Amazon accounts, provide regular updates on task progress, and avoid the need for follow-up requests for updates.
• Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams and provide detailed reporting on product performance and listing health.

Essential Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably with a focus on Amazon.
• Proven experience in managing Private Label Brands (dropshipping experience does not qualify).
• Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central, including flat file uploads, listing creation, and variation management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with suppressed listing and account health management.
• Experience in updating content for product detail pages and brand stores.
• Strong aptitude for working in a collaborative environment and multi-tasking.
• Ability to quickly learn new skills and tasks with strong attention to detail.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
– Own computer/laptop – You will need to install some programs in order to do the tasks assigned to you
– Must be able to work from Tuesday to Saturday 12am to 8:30am in the Philippines (9am to 5:30pm Pacific Time – PST/PDT). If you will not be available most Saturdays, please do not apply.
– A reasonably fast internet connection as you will be doing most of the work via a connection to our computers here in Vancouver

We would like to hire someone who wants to grow with the company and stays with us long-term. DO NOT APPLY if you are not committed and only seeking a temporary or part time position.

Our current starting salary offer is USD$350 paid every two weeks for 40 hours of work every week. That is around USD$758/month. There is a standard 3 month probation period.

If your performance meets our requirements at that time, it will result in permanent employee status. There will be a yearly review with a possible raise based on performance.
