Overview: The Amazon Catalog Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing the online product catalog for our company’s listings on Amazon. This includes monitoring all listings to ensure they have accurate and up-to-date information, as well as ensuring that prices are correct and competitive. The Catalog Manager will also be responsible for troubleshooting and fixing any issues that arise with our listings.
This is a full-time, remote work.
Key responsibilities:
Monitor all listings on Amazon to ensure accuracy and completeness of product information
Update listings as needed to reflect changes in product features, pricing, and availability
Conduct regular price comparisons to ensure that our prices are competitive and in line with market trends
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with our listings, such as incorrect product descriptions or images
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify opportunities for improving the visibility and performance of our listings
Monitor and report on the performance of our listings, including sales and customer feedback
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably on Amazon
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with Amazon’s Seller Central platform is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, e-commerce) is preferred, but not required.
