Position Summary:
The Amazon Catalog Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our product listings on Amazon. This role involves managing product data, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, and implementing strategies to enhance product visibility and sales performance on the Amazon marketplace. You will be reporting to our Director of E-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, including titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
Identify listing errors in Amazon’s marketplace and troubleshoot
Identify category errors and troubleshoot
Conduct regular audits of product listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s guidelines and policies.
Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure product availability and accurate inventory levels.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Implement strategies to improve product rankings and visibility on Amazon.
Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions to maintain a positive customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with Amazon’s policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
Work closely with the product development team to launch new products on Amazon.
Manage promotions on Amazon to drive traffic and sales.
Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2+ years of experience managing product listings on Amazon.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central
Proficient in using Amazon tools and software for listing management and optimization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends.
