We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as an Amazon Catalog Specialist at our fast-growing Amazon Agency. This role requires a strong understanding of the Amazon platform, exceptional organizational skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. This crucial role revolves around ensuring the precision and correctness of our product listings, particularly focusing on variations, unit count types, attributes, and other essential details. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for maintaining high standards, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. candidate will demonstrate a relentless determination to overcome obstacles and persevere
until tasks and projects are successfully completed. The ideal candidate will also have an inherent passion for ClickUp or other task management software. They should possess a deep understanding of the platform’s functionalities and features. Our candidate should thrive in managing to-do lists and find immense satisfaction in ticking off completed tasks. The selected individual must possess a proactive attitude towards task completion. Responsibilities:
Amazon Catalog Management:
–Manage product listings on the Amazon platform, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and proper
categorization.
–Quality Check Images, Title Bullets and Descriptions for accuracy and cohesiveness.
–Monitor and analyze product performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback to
make data-driven improvements.
–Orchestrating all aspects of new product launch process, from task creation, initial
shipments, asset organization and workflow management; collaborating with marketing
and operation teams.
–Ensure listings are fully enhanced to influence product rankings, increase conversion
rates, and drive sales growth.
Inventory and Order Management:
–Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the operations team to ensure sufficient
stock availability for all products.
–Track and manage incoming client requests, ensuring timely processing and completion/
–Address any client issues or discrepancies to maintain a positive customer experience
on Amazon
Data Analysis and Reporting:
–Generate regular reports on product performance, sales trends, and key metrics to
support decision-making processes.
–Use data insights to make informed recommendations for product listing optimizations
and overall business strategies.
Competitor Analysis:
–Conduct thorough research on competitor products, pricing, and strategies to identify
opportunities and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
–Proven experience in managing Amazon product listings and driving sales growth.
–Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
–Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
–Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
–Proficiency in G-Suite and other relevant software tools.
–Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
–Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
–Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and related tools is a plus.
