Position Overview:
We’re looking for an Amazon Catalogue Director who will take the lead in shaping the department’s system and environment. Your role will involve enhancing how we operate, managing various projects, and providing your team with thorough training to improve their skills. You’ll also ensure that all key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
– Building an efficient operational environment inside the department
– Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion
– Achieving departmental KPIs and OKRs
– Training and upskilling the ACS Team
– Developing new and improving existing internal procedures
– Ensuring quality of work from the Amazon Catalogue Specialists team
– Determining the hiring needs and managing the ACS team
– Staying up to date with the rapid changes in Amazon’s ecosystem
– Being part of our social media channels (podcasts, lives, training etc.)

Requirements & Qualifications:
– Desired 5+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central. Familiarity with all aspects of Seller Central
– 3+ years of agency experience, as navigating numerous demands and prioritising agency aspects effectively
– At least 2 years of management experience, including direct reports and team management. Comfortably leading a team and assisting staff in overcoming challenges is essential. Experience in hiring, performance management and developing.
– Proficiency in utilising project management tools like Asana, ClickUp, etc., along with hands-on experience in managing flat files, Amazon support cases, and brand registry.
– Strong analytical capabilities, enabling interpretation of data and strategic decision-making to enhance catalogue performance and ensure compliance.
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred, but not mandatory, depending on experience and skills.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, staying abreast of Amazon’s ever-evolving landscape.
– Proven ability to collaborate across departments, fostering teamwork and achieving collective goals.
– Adaptable and solution-oriented mindset, capable of navigating challenges and finding innovative solutions to drive success.
