Amazon Cataloguing & Support Employee (24-32h p/ week)

Brightways is a leading Dutch Amazon Agency. We support brands through full managed services in every stage of their Amazon growth. Our services do support all Amazon marketplaces worldwide, but the main focus is Europe with Germany and UK as most dominant marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Catalogue Management:
– Create and optimize product listings on Amazon across various marketplaces.
– Ensure accurate and compelling product information, including titles, descriptions, and images.
– Implement strategies for enhanced visibility and conversion rates.

Troubleshooting and Case Management:
– Address and resolve issues related to product listings, account performance, and other catalog-related matters.
– Effectively manage and communicate with Amazon support for issue resolution.

Marketplace Expansion:
– Launch existing product listings in new Amazon marketplaces.
– Stay updated on marketplace-specific requirements and adapt listings accordingly.

Independent Work and Organization:
– Work independently, demonstrating a high level of organization and attention to detail.
– Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Tools and Platforms:
– Utilize Amazon Seller Central for catalog management and troubleshooting.
– Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT and Helium10 for optimized cataloguing is a very nice to have

Qualifications:
– Strong English in English (verbal and written)
– Proficient understanding of how Amazon Seller Central operates.
– Strong organizational skills, able to work independently and maintain concise work records.
– Advanced Excel skills for efficient data management.
– Previous experience with ChatGPT and Helium10 is preferred.

Communication and Project Management
– We work with internal tools such as Monday and Slack for effective communication and project management

Technical Requirements:
– Access to suitable hardware (computer) for efficient work.
– Reliable and fast internet connection for seamless operations.
