As an Amazon Client Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients who can benefit from our Amazon services. You will develop and implement strategies to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals. Your goal will be to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, and cold outreach.
Client Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients through emails, calls, and meetings to present our services and value proposition.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and pain points.
Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our Amazon services and solutions.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and account management teams to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and client acquisition costs.
Requirements
Experience: At least 1 year experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition, preferably in the e-commerce or Amazon services industry.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing clients, with a strong portfolio of closed deals.
Amazon Knowledge: Understanding Amazon’s marketplace, including seller services, FBA, and advertising.
Sales Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, client needs, and sales performance.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
Self-motivated: Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to client acquisition.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and sales strategies.
