THE POSITION
We’re looking for a new Client Success Specialist to join our team.
Client Success Specialist will report directly to an account manager and will focus on improving the overall client experience for all key accounts.
You will be working with Amazon Brand Management clients, so Amazon expertise is a requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Bridge the gap between Account Management Team and Client
– Ensure all Client requests are responded to within 2 hours (Monday – Friday)
– Provide clients with detailed follow up notes from all calls and ongoing updates regarding the progress of the ongoing tasks.
– Keep clients engaged and show off our clients “Wins”
– Build customer loyalty
– Send client cards, thank you gifts etc.
– Keep a “high-level view” of the entire process and ensure we are on track with our commitments to our
clients.
– Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
– Forecast and track key account metrics
– Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
– Enhance department and organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
– Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Minimum 3 years Amazon and Seller Central Experience.
– Proven account management or other relevant experience
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must have impeccable follow up communication skills.
– Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
– You have an inclination towards Digital Marketing or have experience in the industry
– Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
– Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
– Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
– Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
– Excellent time and project management skills

This is a 100% remote and full-time position. While you can do this wherever you are, we do require an 8-hour overlap with the Mountain Time Zone (7AM to 7PM MST). The position’s starting rate is between $8/hour – $9/hour and the successful hire’s rate will be based on the applicant’s responses, interview, experience and skills.
