Silicon Valley Commerce LLC, a fast-growing e-commerce company in the United States, is looking to hire an experienced Amazon Compliance Bundle Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This is a permanent and full-time work-from-home position. As a senior Amazon Compliance Bundle Manager, your role involves overseeing and ensuring compliance to various Amazon regulatory requirements, as well as trademark issues, brand policies, and standards across SVC’s bundling project.
The ideal leader will mainly oversee our product bundling project, ensuring that all compliance-related aspects of the project are addressed and resolved in a timely manner within the organization and with our Amazon and Brand partners. You should have stellar communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude to partner and collaborate with like-minded agile teams and leaders across multiple departments including the supply chain, legal, business development, finance, product development, listing, dropship, engineering/data teams, as well as our managing partners to define and deliver improvements. This position will work internally with our Compliance Specialists, and will report directly to our Amazon Compliance Program Manager, as well as with our Executive Director of Bundles Project.

Key Job Responsibilities:
This role requires partnership with both internal and external stakeholders to address and resolve any potential Amazon compliance risk and issues in our bundling project, conducting in-depth analyses to summarize key findings and insights for actionable outcomes, prioritizing high-level and critical Amazon and Brand issues, engaging stakeholders through consistent follow-ups, and facilitating upward leadership communication.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage the Amazon compliance aspects of our product bundling project.
– Resolve trademark issues on the end-to-end, figure out what are the different resolution paths, whether legal, or strategic, to address them effectively.
– Develop, build a system and oversee its operation to detect brand hostility, enabling us to steer clear of aggressively-hostile brands more effectively.
– Collaborate closely with the Amazon Compliance Program Manager to refine and update the current workflows and Asana system. This effort aims to streamline the tracking and prioritization of bundle products, enabling the problem-solving team to efficiently reactivate any deactivated items.
– Collaborate with the Amazon Compliance Program Manager to develop strategic resolution paths for trademark, counterfeit, and copyright issues pertaining to bundle products, both from the Brand’s perspective and Amazon’s standpoint.
– Engage actively in the bundle huddle team to raise compliance concerns and anticipate forthcoming compliance issues within the pipeline.
– Establish a system for engaging with brands and closely collaborate with business development teams to transform incoming cease and desist notices into future business opportunities.
– Stay updated on Amazon industry trends and best practices to continuously maintain compliance and avoid any risk of suspension.
– Employ a flexible attitude and can work constructively in a diverse team setting.
– Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Experience and Qualities we look for:
– An accomplished Amazon leader with 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
– Able to demonstrate with 3 to 4 years experience in Amazon compliance management roles, preferably in big corporations with a highly regulated industry. This includes hands-on experience in developing, implementing, and managing Amazon compliance programs for their e-commerce and retail businesses.
– Deep understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards applicable to Amazon’s operations. This includes knowledge of consumer protection laws, data privacy regulations, and other Amazon compliance requirements.
– Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead our Amazon Compliance team and drive our cross–functional teams into achieving their common goals.
– Able to think strategically and anticipate potential compliance risks and challenges. You should be able to develop long-term compliance strategies aligned with Amazon’s business objectives and proactively address emerging compliance issues.
– Possess excellent problem-solving skills essential to identify Amazon compliance issues, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for communicating Amazon compliance requirements, policies, and procedures across the organization. You must be able to articulate complex Amazon compliance concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences.
– Able to collaborate effectively with various internal stakeholders, including supply chain, legal, BD, finance, operations, engineering, and business teams. You should be able to build strong working relationships and foster collaboration to achieve common Amazon compliance goals.
– Excellent ability to project- or program-manage is desirable.
– Possess high ethical standards and integrity that are fundamental traits for a compliance senior manager/lead. You should lead by example and demonstrate unwavering commitment to ethical behavior, transparency, and accountability in all compliance matters.

Desired Education:
BS/MS in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science/Engineering, Supply Chain, Project or Program Management, or equivalent.
