Overview:

As an Amazon Content Project Manager, your primary role entails overseeing various user experience projects for multiple clients while spearheading brand expansion initiatives. This involves formulating strategies, overseeing development, and executing marketplace plans for diverse clients. Direct collaboration with Account and Brand Managers, as well as clients, is pivotal to grasp brand missions, objectives, and visions, ensuring successful project implementation. Achieving this necessitates thorough market research, tailored strategies, and adept project management to establish feasible expectations.

Responsibilities:

– Engage deeply with the Agency’s culture, team dynamics, and product offerings.
– Foster positive relationships with key decision-makers.
– Conduct in-depth analysis of assigned client’s business requirements and goals.
– Collaborate with other Team Leads and Project Managers to troubleshoot and oversee projects using Asana’s team board.
– Develop and contribute to Canva presentations for prospect audits, client launches, business reviews, and strategic planning.
– Devise and execute strategy plans in harmony with internal and client teams.
– Formulate and implement brand growth strategies for designated accounts.
– Serve as the primary liaison with assigned accounts, managing and addressing their requests.
– Oversee wholesale and managed client projects across the digital lifecycle, including resource allocation, project monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery of all milestones.
– Conduct audits of Seller and Vendor accounts to identify growth opportunities, leveraging attention to detail and automation software.

Desired Skills & Experience:

– Prior experience in Amazon account management (Experience with Walmart and eBay is advantageous).
– Minimum 2 years of experience in Asana Project Management or Digital Project Management.
– Familiarity with Amazon digital content, including SEO/copy, A+ content, and Stores.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners (clients and peers).
– Strong communication skills (written and verbal), along with effective presentation and listening abilities.
– Proficient project management capabilities.
– Ability to influence peers and senior management.
– Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
– Self-motivated with a realistic, optimistic approach.
– Capable of contributing across all business levels, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations.
– Able to inspire teams to achieve desired outcomes within tight deadlines.
