Amazon Creative Sales Assistant

Main Tasks:

Identify solutions to improve our listings to increase the CVR
Come with creative ideas to improve our products to maintain the competitiveness
Monitor the competition to spot new trends
Research and come up with ideas to expand our catalog in our niche
Generate creative solutions to foster sales
Monitor sales and influence sales trends

Intro:

We are seeking a self-driven, experienced and dedicated assistant to support us in increasing sales. This position offers the opportunity for growth and advancement within our fast-growing ecommerce company.

Initially, this position will require 4 hours per day, with a starting pay of $5 USD per hour. Pay increases will be based on performance.

We are an established seven figure ecommerce company specializing in party decorations, with over six years of experience selling on Amazon and Shopify. As a remote team of five employees, we prioritize delivering high-quality work on time over traditional work hours.

• Able to accommodate flexible scheduling for weekly calls across different time zones.
• Proficient in English.

• Has previous experience in on-line sales able to generate ideas on how to increase our sales while maintain profitability.
• Proficient in SEO techniques and strategies for optimizing product visibility.
• Familiarity with tools Amazon related tools.
• Strong research skills and ability to gather relevant insights.
• Exhibits self-motivation and takes initiative to drive results.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment while also capable of working independently.
