TruPro Elites is recruiting an Ecommerce (PPC) Pay Per Click Manager to work alongside our head of e-commerce, design team, and web team to create, optimize and manage paid advertising across Google, Bing, Facebook & Amazon Ads as well as taking on other jobs to help with the growth of the company.
Your main duties will be, but are not limited to:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be chatting with our customers making sure they have all the information they need, feel they are being heard and actions are being taken.
Educate customers about submitting inquiries and accessing their accounts.
Effectively manage multiple interactions and adapt to change within a fast-paced work environment.
Understand the customer requirements and effectively communicate a solution.
Liaise with internal departments, account managers, and our tech team.
You will be a peacemaker and a quick thinker. You will thrive on solving tricky tickets.
You need to be comfortable speaking to people, in a friendly and conversational way, not robotically.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
Resourceful when encountering uncertain situations.
Fast response time and fast typing speed.
You must be patient and calm with frustrated customers.
Willing to start as soon as possible
To succeed in this role, you must:
* You must have customer service experience with Amazon and other eCommerce platforms
* Exceptional English communication skills (grammar, spelling and sentence structure).
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills.
* Excel or Google Sheets skills.
