POSITION SUMMARY:
Attention Grabbing Media (Marketing Agency), a well-known digital marketing agency, is looking for a committed and talented Amazon Customer Service Representative. The perfect candidate will be key in delivering outstanding customer service for our varied clients, focusing on solving questions and problems with Amazon orders, returns, and account management. By keeping customers really happy, you’ll help improve our clients’ performance and success on Amazon.

OBJECTIVES:
– Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls.
– Manage and resolve customer complaints related to orders, returns, and account issues on Amazon.
– Liaise with Amazon support on behalf of our clients for issues that require direct intervention.
– Keep track of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve service quality.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align customer service strategies with overall business goals.
– Stay updated on Amazon policies, products, and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
– Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in customer service and Amazon platform management.

– Strong understanding of Amazon’s platform and customer service best practices.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and resolve issues effectively.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
– No college degree is required
– Previous agency experience is a plus but not required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
