We are seeking an Amazon Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role,
you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, resolving customer issues
and complaints & analyzing data to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
– Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and fluent English manner
– Analyze data and use Excel sheets to provide customers with the information they need
– Provide accurate and relevant information to customers regarding our products and services
– Resolve customer issues and complaints in a empathetic and efficient manner through writing

Requirements:

– Fluent in English
– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
– Experience in customer service or a related field
– Excellent written communication skills in English
– Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, with advanced skills in Excel & data analysis
