We have a small and awesome team of passionate individuals who work really hard to design, manufacture and sell beautiful, quality products, but from time to time, issues do happen! Just as we care about the design of our products, we equally care about taking care of our customers. We want our customers to always feel that we will work really hard to bring them the best experience possible with our products and service.

This position will be fluid, evolving, and challenging, and is focused on providing written delightful customer service, and tracking and analyzing issues so we can use that information to find ways to always be improving!

As the customer delight associate, in addition to engaging with customers, we are looking for someone to be the eyes and ears of our customers, to have a close pulse of what they think, feel, say, and write about our products through various modes of communication and reviews. With this information not only do you have the critical role of bringing joy and solutions to customers but you also have a key role of providing feedback towards product improvements that really make a meaningful impact!

Most work can be done on flexible hours around a schedule that works for you:
While there is a set of regularly occurring tasks on a daily/weekly/monthly basis that you will manage, there will also be new unplanned tasks that arise – it is critical our new team member enjoys and embraces the dynamic culture – we like to keep things exciting over here!

As a team member in the business, you will have your own tasks and projects you work on in conjunction with other team members. A set of example projects is listed at the end of this document. You do not need to understand or know how to do each of these projects. The point is to show the wide range of areas you will need to learn and execute.

High level of productivity, passion and initiative is a must!

***Responsibilities***

*Customer Delight & Engagement*
First and foremost provide a timely and delightful written experience in all customer interactions approaching each situation with a friendly and personable attitude of care – on email, Amazon, Social or other platforms

*Product Review Management*
Ensure that product reviews are actively managed through our customer delight process

*Data Reporting and Tracking *
Way more than customer service! This position will provide collect, input and produce reports used by the Leadership team to make strategic decisions within the company.
Capture, track and report on all Customer Service Requests and Product Issues from various sources
Provide impactful product feedback and suggestions for improvement

*Administrative*
Continue building and improving our evolving SOP (standard operating procedure) document library.
Turn tactical assignments into documented processes that can be handed off to other team members/hires/contractors.
Handle any one-off projects that come up
Work on miscellaneous tasks your Manager/team needs help completing
