Define the Role

We are looking for a Listing Specialist with experience working with Amazon Sellers. The position will require the successful candidate to be highly organized and work hard to outperform the
Competition.

Must Have’s

Interpersonal & Soft Skills

–Highly organized and detail-oriented
–Experienced with Amazon Tool (Helium10)
–Proficient with Excel (v-look ups, using filters, etc.) and Google Sheets.
–Hard-working, resourceful, self-motivated, detailed, and responsible.
–Extremely organized and able to multi-task.
–A fast learner, assertive, and has a lot of common sense when given instructions.
–Inventive and proactive in designing and implementing new processes to continually streamline the department and suggest new ideas regularly.
–Any experience with Data Dive, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Big Commerce websites is a plus.

Work Experience

–At least 2-3 years of experience in Amazon/ E-commerce product listings
–Hands-on experience with product launch campaigns, giveaway campaigns, keyword ranking analysis
–Must be amenable to work from Mon – Fri 9 am – 6 pm EST
–Must be amenable to work in a US TimeZone (Eastern)

Work from Home Set-up

–Stable internet service is a must. The primary internet should be cabled wired on a FIBER connection with a download/ upload minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
–Should have a backup internet solution – LTE Mobile Data or Pocket WIFI
–A desktop Computer or Laptop preferably with Intel i5 or equivalent processor, Windows 7 and above or MAC OSX OS, 8GB RAM
–A good headset with an extended microphone and noise cancellation is preferred Good external or integrated webcam

Key Responsibilities

Product Development

–Market research and competitor analysis for product categories
–Assist in improving existing launch plans and strategies for new product launches
–Assist in selecting and gathering data on new product opportunities, market size, etc.
–Support in launching new products and relaunching existing products
–Work with the Team to further define best practices and metrics for brand growth

Listing Optimization

–Assisting with successful online marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, listing optimization, launching new products, PPC, SEO/SEM and generating reviews that comply with Amazon’s Terms of Service. Support only.
–Performing thorough keyword research and analysis and Best Seller Rank research to maximize visibility within each marketplace.
–Remaining up to date with Amazon’s best practices, new trends, and platform updates.
–Managing and maintaining the Amazon Vendor Central account listing, including but not limited to regular listing audits, keyword research and optimization, and listing enhancements.
–Managing and maintaining the eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Michaels, and Big Commerce website listings, including but not limited to regular listing audits, keyword research, and optimization and listing enhancements.

Account Health

–Uploading, editing, and maintaining product listings (including variation listings) to all Ecommerce accounts.
–Conducting daily, weekly, and monthly checks on all Amazon Seller Central for policy violations or account health warnings.
–Completing regular audits on all product listings to ensure proper operation and optimization, including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and other product details.
–Maintaining and updating and managing Amazon Storefronts, Enhanced Brand Content, and creating deals within each Amazon marketplace.
–Working on other various tasks to assist other departments where needed. Understand the process and be able to communicate with Amazon Seller Support, both via email as well as on the phone
