A high-volume offline and online retailer wants YOU to be their new e-Commerce Manager for their fast-growing Amazon business.
To qualify for this position, you will need to be able to show at least 1 years’ experience in developing and managing a winning Amazon strategy.
The company, based in Belgium, has over 40 years’ experience manufacturing and distributing household goods. The ‘household electronics’ range has been successfully active online for over one year. This is now expanded to a focused assortment of high quality and affordable cooking products and accessories.
The company needs an excellent e-Commerce Manager to drive the success of its “pots and pans” product range on Amazon. If you are very reliable, self-motivated, up to date with new e-Commerce methods and quick to move with changes and advancements in the sector and can show a successful track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction processes online, this opportunity is for you!
Your daily responsibilities would include:
• Optimizing sales-focused product descriptions and presentation alignment on Amazon
• Driving and Tracking sales on Amazon
• Propose strategies for sales growth
• Follow up on customer reviews – compliments and complaints
• Corresponding with customers via email and Amazon chat
• Propose solutions in case of customer/ purchasing issues
• Register orders on the CRM system
• Check delivery conditions including timing, packaging and liaise with customers to ensure changes are appropriately managed and keep all parties well-informed.

In addition to having excellent English skills (a must), you can demonstrate the following:
? Proven E-Commerce skills (back-office/admin and customer-facing)
? Customer service skills and experience
? Additional European languages would be a plus
This is a full-time position. Mondays to Fridays. You need to work office hours, mainly on Central European Time. Most Filipino holidays will be free except for All Saints and All Souls Day.
Rate: $4 per hour for full time (40 hours a week). 25% Increase in fees after 3 months based on performance plus a 13th month bonus paid in December on a pro rata basis.
