We’re a thriving multi-million dollar E-commerce company, specializing in crafting and selling a delightful array of Funny & Creative Gifts, featuring a selection of whimsical tumblers, mugs, and can coolers that add a touch of humor to everyday life. Our diverse product range is designed to ensure that there’s a perfect gift for everyone, making occasions more enjoyable and memorable.

We’re specializing in private labeled/branded products on the Amazon platform and now Tik Tok shop. With five years of successful operation, we’ve experienced significant growth in the past year and are eager to enhance our marketing efforts. Operating entirely remotely, we prioritize the timely delivery of quality work over traditional work hours.

About the role:

We are looking for a skilled Amazon E-commerce Marketing Assistant to join our team, from anywhere in the world. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the marketing and content endeavors of our gift brand. This entails managing projects focused on creating visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and infographics for various marketing materials, including product listings and social media posts.

You will utilize tools like Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software to design dynamic product listings and enhance our brand’s online presence. Additionally, you’ll contribute to listing creation, provide input on product design, and help expand our reach on platforms such as Amazon and TikTok.

This is an exciting remote, part-time position (12-15 hours per week).

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Experience in social media marketing, particularly on platforms like Amazon and TikTok.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Asana, Slack, and Google Office.
Demonstrated creativity and the ability to produce visually engaging content.
Strong research skills and the ability to seek answers independently before consulting management.

Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

Create visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and infographics for marketing materials such as product listings, social media posts, and advertisements using tools like Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software.
Manage projects related to marketing and content creation, including coordinating tasks, setting timelines, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work while adhering to established guidelines.
Assist in the creation and optimization of product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, ensuring they are visually appealing, informative, and optimized for search visibility and conversion.
Contribute to expanding the brand’s presence on social media platforms, particularly Amazon and TikTok, by creating engaging content, interacting with followers, and implementing strategies to increase visibility and engagement.
Provide creative input and suggestions for product design, packaging, and branding to ensure consistency and appeal across various marketing channels.
