Job Description

Main duties: Amazon listing specialist, graphic designer, product sourcing and researcher, social media manager

Intro: 
I am looking for a rockstar Amazon & executive assistant to help with several different jobs.
I need someone who can:
– be an Amazon specialist, responsible for keyword research, optimizing listings to maximize conversions (both text and creating infographics), opening and managing cases with seller support, and other issues as they arise; will monitor daily sales, listing performance, keyword performance, and PPC campaigns, conduct keyword research, analyze market trends, and implement SEO strategies to maximize product visibility and sales, generate reports and provide insights on listing performance, market trends, and customer behavior, and identify opportunities for improving product rankings, visibility, and sales through data-driven analysis and optimization
– be a product sourcing specialist & researcher (to identify & maximize new product opportunities and launches based on research of demand, supplier capabilities and terms, and supply chain considerations, identify cost reduction opportunities and implement strategies to achieve savings, and coordinate sampling process and production runs)
– create and schedule posts for social media accounts and engage users/influencers
– and a few other routines which will require the ability to: create designs in Adobe Illustrator for production, update and finalize labels and packaging using Adobe Illustrator, edit images and create infographics (using Adobe Illustrator or Canva), maintain and update Amazon storefront, Shopify and Faire listings, create and manage discounts on Amazon, manage influencer outreach, arrange shipments of samples to influencers, manage executive’s inbox including replying to emails and organizing existing emails into folders or archiving them and miscellaneous tasks.

The ideal candidate is eager to grow and can also learn how to take on tasks such as building landing pages in Unbounce and manage Google, Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns.
I can train you on most of these tasks. 

I am looking to hire someone starting at $3 USD per hour for up to 6 hours per day ($360 per month).

About Us: 
We are an ecommerce company in our 5th year of operations and have been selling on Amazon since 2022. We sell physical products for pets and pet owners, as well as animal-themed items in the home goods and kitchen categories. We currently have 4 employees and are growing fast. We are all completely remote and operate independently. We use Monday for project management and task management. Getting good work done on time is more important than adhering to a specific schedule.

The best candidate: 
Needs to have fantastic (American) English
Experience with Amazon FBA businesses
Strong experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva and general graphic design principles
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable working with flat files and bulk files
Great researcher
Team player
Self motivated
