What are we looking for:

Multiplymii is in search of an Executive Assistant who will be working with our client based in the USA. Our client is a full-service Amazon agency that helps brands develop and execute growth strategies. They manage Sales, Marketing and Operations for premium brands on Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central & Hybrid Sellers.

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills in both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

General executive assistant support
Handling all written communication intended for the Director
Managing email and calendar activities, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistics
Participating in meetings and workshops, recording minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items, while also assigning tasks to internal team members using project management tools
Providing additional personal and administrative support as needed
Making sound administrative decisions and taking responsibility for the outcomes, impacts, and quality of service in the functional area.

Specific business and project support
Assisting the Director in preparing business proposals, reports, and presentations
Collecting and organizing quotes and scopes of work from various vendors and suppliers
Generating weekly, monthly, and year-end reports by compiling data from different sources
Creating materials for executive meetings and presentations
Drafting end-of-week updates, including newsletters and blogs for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborating in creating presentations for internal team meetings
Conducting research and compiling information from various sources, including formatting reports, graphs, tables, and records, using tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other company process documentation software.

About You:

Core qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a project manager, project assistant, or executive assistant
Prior experience working in project teams, either as a manager or a team member
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability and willingness to work remotely
Self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning new skills
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, as well as online collaboration tools
University degree preferred but not essential
Comfort with numbers and quantitative analysis a bonus
