Job Description:
As an Amazon, eBay, Square Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales and profitability while ensuring an exceptional customer experience with accurate Listings.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in managing Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Square Online Dashboard.
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including listing optimization, order management, and sales reporting.
Experience in creating and implementing successful sales campaigns with a proven track record of achieving positive ROI.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the Social Media Manager and other team members.

Scope of Work:
Listing Optimization:
Conduct regular audits and optimize existing listings on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Catch, Kogan, and Square platforms to improve visibility and conversion rates.
Implement best practices for keyword optimization, product titles, descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance product listings.
New Listing Creation:
Create compelling listings for new products on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information.
Produce Research:
Research and identify new product opportunities in the existing category.
Order Management:
Process orders received from Amazon, eBay, and Square platforms.
Create orders on suppliers’ websites efficiently and accurately.
Sales Reporting:
Generate daily and weekly sales reports for all platforms, analyzing performance metrics and identifying trends.
Provide insights and recommendations based on sales data to optimize strategies and maximize revenue.
Sales Campaigns:
Develop and execute sales campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales on Amazon, eBay, and Square platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve target ROI.
