Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
Sending contracts and managing the sales funnel.
Adhering to Hubspot best practices for naming, labeling, data control, and privacy.
Personalized email and mass marketing emails.
Data management and customer file storage.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
Creating new systems approaches for next hire and expansion.
Amazon / Ecom Store Management:
Creating and maintaining product listings with compelling product descriptions, competitive prices, and accurate information.
Monitoring inventory levels, restocking products, and managing stock levels.
Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase product visibility and drive sales.
Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and feedback.
Ensuring efficient order processing and fulfillment.
Monitoring performance metrics and analyzing sales data.
Managing product content and multimedia elements.
Conducting competitive analysis and staying informed about industry trends.
Predicting inventory needs and working with suppliers.
Encouraging positive customer reviews and managing responses to negative reviews.
Creating and managing promotions, deals, and advertising campaigns.
Ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines.
Generating regular reports to provide insights on store performance.
Maintaining relationships with Amazon account representatives and vendors.
Requirements:
