WE WANT: a long-term member of our core team. We’re not just looking for short-term help for a project. We’re looking to add a stable team member with extensive hands-on experience in the Amazon FBA business.

WE DO NOT WANT: First, we’re not hiring a PPC specialist for this position. There is another position for it. But understanding how PPC works is essential. Second, we’re not hiring a customer service professional. While customer service is a vital part of the job, knowing customer service only without good Amazon FBA knowledge is not enough. Third, we expect the candidate to have a good working knowledge of the Amazon eCommerce platform (in some or most of the line items above) and can work somewhat independently towards a team goal (of course, we still provide training and will collaborate as a team). We are not interested in sitting behind your back all day long and driving your work minute to minute. Instead, you should be motivated enough to take your own steering wheel.

If you have a track record of delivering successful and outstanding results and love being an over-achiever, we want to talk to you!

Please rate your skills for each of the 14 line items above and include the ratings in the reply. Use a scale from 0 to 5.
0 for no knowledge or experience
1 for minimum (some knowledge but no experience)
2 for some short experiences
3 for practical working experience regularly
4 for good skills
5 for expert knowledge and experiences

Here are some additional Basic Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree required, STEM major preferred;
2. Minimum 2 years of experience with Amazon private-label FBA eCommerce;
3. Advanced in English (both speaking and writing); the ability to read Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
4. Strong information management & data analytical capabilities; proficient with computer and common tools including but not limited to Helium 10, ERP system, etc.
5. Good time and priority management skills; able to work in a multi-national, cross-timezone, and fast-paced organizational setting.
6. Self-motivated and responsible person: knows the purpose of work; goal-oriented; does not disappear; proactive communication; daily reporting; idea sharing; knows when and how to ask for help!

NOTE: Please send your resume along with your expected base monthly salary. Please describe your most recent private-label FBA Amazon eCommerce experience. We need to understand the nature of your job, what duties you covered regularly, how much revenue you were handling (in part or full responsibility), and other relevant details.
