We are looking to grow our team by hiring a driven eCommerce Associate who has a passion for learning, taking charge, eCommerce, Amazon, responsibility and decision making.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Vendor coordination for logistics & shipping (communication w 3PL, FBA, Vendors)
Opening claims regarding shipments sent to Amazon
Communicating with vendors regarding issues with deliveries
Monitoring inventory levels to ensure 100% in stock rates. Please replenishment orders
Ensuring accurate costing and product information across all internal databases
Coordinating w graphic designer for design as well as new listing launches, image plans
Content creation
Amazon Seller Central tickets (customer service & tickets w listings)
Amazon Advertising support
Creating product listings on additional marketplaces – including Click to view
Social media management & influencer coordination

Skills/Qualifications:
Proficient in Google Sheets and MS Excel (vlookup, etc)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
At least one (2) years of Amazon Seller Central work experience
Motivated, curious, collaborative, and innovative
Ability to work EST day hours. 9PM-6PM EST.
Attention to detail and extremely organized
An eye for design (although design experience is not required)
