Job Description

As a crucial member of our team and a champion of our core values, the Amazon Ecommerce Operations Manager will play a key role in running our online sales strategy.

You will be working to increase annual sales from $4 million to $10 million within the next 2-3 years while also working with the CEO to increase bottom line NET Profit to 15 Percent. In addition, you will work with the CEO to transition the percentage of exclusive wholesale/brand partnerships in our business from 20% to over 80%.

**Responsibilities**:

1. Manage our two Amazon accounts to increase sales and profitability of each.

2. Track and Manage the bi-weekly financial plan to ensure staying within spending limits.

3. Handle inventory management across our Amazon accounts, monitoring stock levels, predicting sales volume, and initiating restocking as needed.

4. Submit timely and accurate purchase orders based on current inventory levels and sales forecasts, coordinating with suppliers as needed.

5. Work closely with the optimization team to enhance our exclusive product listings, implement effective SEO strategies, and leverage Amazon’s promotional tools to boost visibility and sales.

6. Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipments for replenishing Amazon stock from our warehouse by creating shipments into Amazon warehouses.

7. Maximize sales and profit by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and setting sales goals aligning with the company’s vision and mission.

8. Track, analyze, and report on performance data, including sales, returns, and customer feedback, to improve operational strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Stay current on Amazon policies, fees, and procedures, and ensure company compliance.

10. Anticipate and mitigate any issues related to selling on Amazon, including account health issues, customer service, A-to-z claims, and chargebacks.

11. Collaborate with various teams, such as the sourcing team, customer service, and account health, to optimize the overall customer experience and achieve sales goals.

**Requirements**:

1. 2+ Years of Proven operational experience as an Amazon e-commerce manager or similar role.
2. 2+ Years Amazon Seller Central, SEO, and AMS.
3. Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation.
4. Excellent communication and team management skills.
5. Problem-solving abilities to address customer issues and operational challenges.
6. Proficient in inventory management software and order processing systems.
7. Strong budgeting and financial knowledge
7. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
