Mellanni is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and professional Amazon Account Manager (Europe), who will become a valuable asset to our great team.
Responsibilities:
? Carry out a research of new products and/or niches to identify new product opportunities; assess the sales/demand volumes, provide details for initial order and assortment;
? Build campaigns and upload keyword lists using Amazon’s platform for sponsored brands and sponsored products on the European market;
? Launch new products: keywords research, funnels, listing preparations, EBC activities, listing content, backend settings, review generation etc.;
? Monitor account health and performance metrics, sales, competitive listings, and pricing, Amazon Advertising trends (Europe market) , best practices and techniques to ensure correct account spend/growth, identify new opportunities and present to management;
? Report (daily, weekly, monthly) on campaigns and overall account health and provide recommendations to enhance performance;
? Analyze product ASIN rankings, ratings, customer feedback/reviews, as well as product sales performance to determine the best and worst performing SKUs; ? Staying informed with eCommerce retail industry best practices, new trends and technologies, marketplaces, and platform updates (e.g. Amazon, eBay, etc.); ? Work closely with Amazon rep to strategize ongoing initiatives;
? Partner with Supply Chain and marketing analytics on inventory management strategy and forecasts;
? Catalog and PDP Management — New item set up, item maintenance, content uploading and PDP monitoring;
? Conducting A/B tests across campaign variables (e.g. ads, landing pages, bidding) to reach the best results;
? Support the launches of new businesses on Amazon.
Requirements:
? At least 2+ years of relevant experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Vendor Central on the European Market is a must;
? Expert with Europe Amazon Flat-Files;
? Excellent command of English and extraordinary communication skills; ? Motivation, pro-activity, and enthusiasm are a must;
? Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and open technical mind; ? Problem Solving and Self-Motivated;
? Project management skills — ability to detail out a plan and execute on a deadline; ? Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines; ? Strong attention to details.
