Amazon EU Market Account Manager & Daily Task Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Amazon EU Market Account Manager & Daily Task Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in establishing and managing our Amazon seller account in the European marketplaces. Your daily tasks will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, so adaptability and a comprehensive understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, along with experience in tools like SellerAmp, Keepa, and Analyzer Tool, are key.

Responsibilities:

Amazon Account Management:

Stay up to date with trends, competition, and market dynamics.
Analyze and interpret data using tools like SellerAmp, Keepa, and Analyzer Tool to make informed decisions on pricing, inventory management, and product selection.
Customer Service:

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication.
Order Fulfillment:

Coordinate order processing and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Daily Administrative Tasks:

Manage emails, schedule, and calendar.
Data entry and record-keeping.
Assist in other daily tasks, including research, document creation, and more.
Requirements:

Proven experience in managing Amazon seller accounts, specifically in the EU market.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and its various tools.
Experience using SellerAmp, Keepa, and Analyzer Tool for data analysis and decision-making.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently.
