Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage Seller/Vendor Central and other e-commerce platforms. (e.g., images, product descriptions, attributes and ad copy as needed)
· Manage Amazon claims and chargebacks
· Manage and maintain Amazon Brand Registry
· Enhance product descriptions for optimal performance, improving page rank, SEO and sales
· Managing and optimize PPC Campaigns
· Report weekly performance for all e-commerce sales to management
· Analyze data and recommend products assortment and placement
· Monitor and analyze ASIN performance, rankings, ratings, and customer reviews, collaborating with our in-house marketing team to respond to data and implement effective growth strategies
· Manage campaigns under the guidance of the Account Manager to ensure they are meeting target KPIs, adhering to budget plan, and are providing a positive customer experience
· Troubleshoot issues with campaign performance regarding ad creative, bidding, budget, and targeting
· Execute optimization to improve product listings, create and maintain A+ content and Brand Storefronts
· Create replenishment orders
· Creating new listings/pages
· Respond rapidly to customer and internal queries for information
· Comply with data integrity, security, and backup policies
· On-board and create product pages / listings on Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.
· Other duties and projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of Seller/Vendor Central experience.
• 1+ year of Amazon Content Creation experience.
• 1+ year of experience.
• Strong Excel skills to analyze reports.
• Expert in item setup / maintenance on (Vendor Central), (Supplier Center / Retail Link), , , , , etc.

· Strong analytical skills & problem-solving skills
· Positive attitude towards problems and be able to see each problem through
· Function well in a high-paced work environment with strong multi-tasking skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or other related software (Photoshop a plus)
· Able to navigate Amazon Ads Manger, Seller Central, and Vendor Central
