Job Description

Our company is a US-based e-commerce business with over 800 products, an engaged Facebook and Instagram community, and a content blog in the beekeeping space. We utilize Shopify, WordPress, and Amazon for our business. Our business is an established business, and while we are an e-commerce business, we also have a brick-and-mortar store. We started in 2014 as an online business, expanded into Amazon in 2019, and opened a physical store in 2021.

We have tens of thousands of orders a year with many moving parts, but our team is small. Are you the right person to join our team?

We are looking for a lead person to manage our US Amazon business. We have been using Amazon for years and are looking for a key person that can work on our Amazon Listings, update listings, optimize titles, request reimbursements, solve problems, open cases, upload flat files, and more. This isn’t a research-based position where you are finding new products to sell. We don’t buy from Alibaba or run a dropshipping business.

Hours per week 20 hours – Full time possibility

This isn’t a position for a customer service roll, so if your only experience with Amazon is responding to customers or fulfilling orders, please do not apply. When applying for this position, please include 3 things. The number of years you have been working with Amazon, the name of the beekeeper who climbed mount Everest first and also the annual sales of the account you managed in 2022.

The right person must have 5+ years of experience managing an Amazon account and experience opening cases, updating files, changing prices, working with Brand Registry, creating/managing an Amazon Store, checking and creating shipments, and more. Amazon advertising is something we use heavily, so it is good to have experience with PPC.

This VA should be familiar with the latest Amazon programs and be able to keep tabs on changes in Amazon and be able to communicate those changes and how we could use them.
