As we continue to expand our product line into toys and games, we’re looking for a dedicated Marketplace Manager to join our team and help us grow our presence in North America and Europe.

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Marketplace Manager to oversee and enhance our presence on key online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Faire and shopify website. In this role, you will be responsible for listing management, optimization, stock management, and product sourcing. Your goal will be to drive sales, increase visibility, and maintain the high quality and uniqueness that defines Coddies.

Responsibilities:
• Marketplace Management: Manage and maintain our website, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, and Faire marketplace accounts in North America and Europe.
• Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings to ensure they are engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly.
• Listing Optimization: Continuously improve product listings by researching and implementing best practices, including keyword optimization and A/B testing.
• Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure products are in stock and ready to ship.
• Product Sourcing: Identify opportunities for product expansion and sourcing new, innovative products that align with our brand.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics, sales data, and customer reviews to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service on marketplace platforms, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Qualifications:
• Expert at managing online marketplaces, particularly Amazon and Walmart.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong time management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience in the US and EU markets is a plus, but not required.
