We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to manage our Amazon FBA account effectively. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Seller Central and Amazon seller support. Your responsibilities will include:
Listing optimization
Keyword research
Managing seller support cases
Inventory management
Assisting with product launches
Inbox management
Although we have established systems and processes, we welcome innovative ideas and methods. FBA experience is mandatory. We seek a motivated, quick learner who can excel with minimal supervision. We will give you access to top-tier training on Amazon strategies as well as mentor you along the way.
Primary KPIs:
Timely resolution of cases with Amazon
Inventory in-stock rates
Weekly tasks completed
We offer a full-time (40 hours/week) position with a starting salary of $750/month USD for an initial two-month probationary period. Performance will be assessed afterward, with a pay increase to $850/month USD if expectations are met. Additional raises or benefits will be based on performance.
This position requires full-time dedication to our team; working for other clients or on other projects part-time is not permitted.
Qualifications:
Excellent (American) English
Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Sheets, ClickUp, and Slack
Experience working with Seller Support to resolve common FBA issues
In-depth knowledge of Seller Central
Ability to collaborate with a remote team on projects and tasks
Availability for at least 3 hours during US business hours
Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving processes
Data-driven, fast learner, team player, and self-motivated mindset
