Amazon FBA Account Manager

I am an FBA seller from Germany and sell on most European marketplaces. There, I am in the top 3 of my niche on every marketplace, partly also market leader. Since the business has reached a point where it becomes too big for one person alone, I am looking for you to support me in the day-to-day business. I am seeking someone to work with me for long-term on a full-time basis.

You will take responsibility for existing and new products and processes bit by bit, be in exchange with me and get to know the challenges of a growing eCommerce company first hand.

Potential tasks are:
– Data collection and analysis (e.g. Search Query Performance Report, Search Term Report, Opportunity Explorer)
– Keyword analysis and optimization
– Optimize listings, including images, title, bullets, and A+ content, based on best practices, A/B testing, AI and data analytics
– Editing and revision of product images
– Maintenance of master data in SC as well as preparation of inventory files
– Creation of PPC campaigns
– Optimization of PPC campaigns
– Fix and resolve issues such as stranded inventory, suppressed/inactive listings, incorrect variations, suspended and restricted inventory.
– Submit and manage support cases
– Preparation of month-end closing
– Assist with managing inventory, preparing send-in shipments to Amazon FBA and repeat orders from our manufacturer
– Sourcing (product research, manufacturer search, communication with potential manufacturers)

– Amazon Seller Central
– MS Excel
– Helium10
– Affinity Photo and Designer

Required Qualifications
– 2+ years of proven success as an Amazon Manager or Assistant. You do not have to have experience in everything listed above, but you should know what it is about. The rest can be learned. But please do not apply if you do not have relevant practical work experience.
– Very strong analytical skills and a great affinity for numbers
– High level of computer literacy (esp. MS Excel)
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– An unrelenting focus on quality and attention to detail
– Ability to work independently
– Reliable high-speed internet (15mbps download)

Additional Desired Qualifications – Not Required
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related degree
– Basic graphic design skills
– German language skills are an advantage
