Job Description

**Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to take on the dual role of Amazon FBA Account Manager and PPC Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, a deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, and extensive experience in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms. This role will involve overseeing our Amazon FBA accounts, driving sales growth, and managing pay-per-click advertising to maximize ROI and increase market share.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage and oversee all aspects of the Amazon FBA account, including product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and performance analytics.
– Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share on Amazon.
– Optimize product listings for SEO, ensuring they are fully optimized for search and conversion.
– Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
– Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
– Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely fulfillment.
– Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Amazon. Ability to manage advertising on various platforms, including, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels would be a huge plus.
– Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.
– Create and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bid strategies to improve campaign performance and achieve target KPIs.
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.
– Perform ongoing optimizations to improve campaign performance, including A/B testing, bid adjustments, and budget management.
– Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Amazon marketplace management and PPC advertising.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with overall marketing goals and objectives.
– Manage and optimize remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential customers.
– Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to maintain account health.
– Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on account performance and growth opportunities.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field OR 2+ years experience.
– Proven experience managing Amazon FBA accounts with a track record of success.
– In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA operations.
– Proven experience as a PPC Specialist with a strong track record of successful PPC campaign management.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience with Amazon advertising platforms and tools.
– Experience with e-commerce PPC campaigns, especially Amazon.
– Familiarity with other digital marketing channels, such as SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
– Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
