We are actively seeking an experienced Amazon Specialist, focusing specifically on Catalogue Listing and Account Health Monitoring within Amazon Seller Central.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience with Amazon flat files, specifically within a company that sells on Amazon.
* Exceptional attention to detail for monitoring Account Health and identifying ongoing policy violations that could lead to product suspension.
* Experience in gathering reports in Amazon Seller Central, such as business reports, and extracting key data points (KPIs) to create custom reports.?
About Us:
We are among the largest Health Supplement companies on Amazon Canada, established in 2015. Our sales channels are primarily Amazon Canada and, increasingly, Amazon Australia. All products are private-label and sold under our own brand.
Compensation:
* $8 per hour
* 20 hours per week initially, potential for full-time

Responsibilities:
A) Amazon Account Health
Amazon constantly is taking down our products for policy violations. This happens on a daily basis. The solution is simple. It requires contacting Amazon immediately and getting the products restored as quickly as possible by sending them copies of health certificates. The challenge is that because this happens so frequently, and without any sort of logic or reason, the main objective is to minimize the total amount of ‘down-time’ ie the amount of time a product has been suspended by Amazon and then to get them back up as soon as possible.
Checking the account health of the Amazon Canada seller central profile is the first priority to due on a daily basis. We need someone who can get the products that have been taken down by Amazon reinstated as quickly as possible.
B) Catalogue & Listing Quality Control Audit
There are over 65 products. Each of those product’s Amazon product pages must be thoroughly checked over to ensure that all the relevant health information is correct, ie the dosage amounts are correct on the product images, or the ingredient list in the details section is incorrect.
Furthermore, there are lots of ‘additional details’ in the product edit page that have sections that need to be filled out to the max, ie ingredient lists. that are currently blank. You will go over each product page and double check every single detail on the page against official company documents to ensure they are correct. Due to the nature of the products, health supplements, it is vital that this information is accurate.
C) Creating a Custom Weekly Report with KPIs
The owner of the company desires a comprehensive custom report that aggregates all key Amazon metrics, including those not typically covered by standard software like Sellerboard. Your responsibilities will involve gathering data from Seller Central, specifically business reports, and extracting key data points (KPIs). The aim is to create a streamlined report for the owner, offering insights into multiple metrics in one unified document. This could involve using 3rd-party software to pull the data from Amazon and then adding custom metrics based on those data points.
How to Apply:
