Amazon FBA – Customer Service Representative

We are a young startup company, based in germany, which has the main goal to sell products online via Amazon FBA.
You should know already, how to handle Amazon Seller Central and what Amazon FBA means.

Role: Provide exceptional customer support for Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) business sellers and customers.

Communication: Engage with customers email to address inquiries, concerns, and provide product information.

Order Management: Assist with order tracking, refunds, returns, and resolution of shipping-related issues.

Product Knowledge: Acquire a deep understanding of Amazon FBA processes, policies, and services to guide customers effectively.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.

Feedback Handling: Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to process improvements and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, product teams, and tech support to address complex customer concerns.

You should be in proper command of English, mainly written is important. You do not need to know how to write and speak german. If yes, it would be a big plus, if not, no problem.
