We are in search of a virtual assistant and team player who will be my right-hand person helping me manage day-to-day tasks in my Amazon eCommerce business. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Can create a weekly list of profitable products for Amazon FBA via manual sourcing and software
Can respond to customer messages in a timely manner
Can do product or marketplace research
Can perform any ad-hoc tasks to assist in driving business forward
Can quickly handle issues with shipments at the prep center or warehouse
Is knowledgeable about Amazon product research software
Can place orders with a high level of accuracy
Can list products on Walmart Seller Platform
Can monitor emails
Respond to IP claims
Must be able to meet on Zoom 1-2 hours per week to discuss current/ongoing tasks (I am flexible on scheduling this)
Must have high level of attention to detail

It’s okay with me if you don’t have great English. In eCommerce is there is very little interaction with customers! I am also half-Filipina so we should be able to get by just fine.
If you think you would be a good fit for this role, we will offer you a paid “trial week” and will continue paying weekly for the first 2 months.
I am trying to scale my business and there will be bonuses once we hit certain goals. I am looking for someone I can partner with in my business and there is potential for more hours once we get busier. Hours are flexible. You can work whenever is most convenient, but I will want to meet with you weekly to align on weekly goals.
