Job Description

We seek a highly efficient and organized inventory admin to join our expanding team. This position is vital in optimizing inventory control procedures, aligning daily deliveries with the company’s Key Performance Indicators (KPI), reconciling inventories with shipments, ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels, and supporting the company’s goal of delivering orders to our customers on a timely manner.

Primary Responsibilities

– Manage product inventory and logistics daily by performing the following:
*Purchase Order Management
*Updating Tracking Information
*Manage Purchase Logistics
*Manage and Optimize Inventory Data via Google Sheets

COMPETENCIES

– Experience in working with computers and different fulfillment software programs
– Has the initiative to prioritize and plan work activities, use time efficiently, and set daily goals and objectives
– Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands
– Highly skilled in fulfilling and documenting orders systemically in an efficient and timely manner
– Possesses excellent organizational skills and ability to pay strong attention to detail
– Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills including active listening
– Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills along with strong analytical skills
– Has a strong background in working in a collaborative team environment

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

-1+ years of work experience in management, and operations preferably related to inventory, order fulfillment, and data entry
– Moderate to substantial experience with Google Workspace
– Moderate to substantial experience with Google Sheets/Docs

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

– Experience with E-commerce such as Shopify, Ebay, Google, and Amazon marketplaces
– Experience in managing system integration projects or tasks
– Experience with 3rd party programs (Sellerboard, Bqool, Quickbooks)
– Website Design
– Google Workspace optimization
– Expert skill in Google Sheets
– Discord Moderation
-Payroll Management
