Amazon Inventory Analyst / Manager / Specialist
3 Years Amazon Inventory Experience Required
This is a unique opportunity for an organized and entrepreneurially-minded, inventory management professional to join our team and help operate and grow startup and household name client brands. As an Inventory Manager, you will be designing and optimizing scalable inventory management processes, whilst actively managing the inventory of our rapidly growing portfolio of client products and brands.
This is a full time remote role.
What you’ll be doing:
Playing an integral role in managing the inventory for a set of companies from of our diverse client portfolio. Ensuring optimum inventory levels based on the most accurate demand data.
Building & executing inventory forecasts and translating these forecasts to inventory replenishment recommendations.
Resolving issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, demand spikes, shipment troubleshooting)
Tracking goods in real-time and coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure best-in-class in stock rates.
Investigating and communicating any risks that may have significant impact on inventory replenishment variations.
Attending weekly meetings to communicate needs and resolve issues pertaining to upcoming scheduling requirements.
Managing excess/aging inventory and storage fees at Amazon and 3PLs
Taking ownership and drive improvements in our day-to-day operations
Creating innovative solutions to optimize our inventory for our brands, working with our team, and external warehouse and technology partners.
Your profile / Must Have:
In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes. +3 Years experience with a track record of success.
Comprehensive understanding of FBA shipping and inventory management.
Proven experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Experience in inventory forecasting / creating shipping plans for FBA shipments
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, as well as a hands-on mentality
Excellent communications and customer service skills
Excellent English (speaking and writing)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Attention to detail.
Good with Excel, Google Sheets, and formulas
Proficient in using Google Drive for collaborative tasks.
Nice to Have
Experience in working with China suppliers / warehouses / freight forwarders and truckers.
Experience in coordinating delivery’s of FCL and LTL from China.
