Amazon FBA Lead Generation

Hi, my name is Frank and I’m currently looking for THREE FULL TIME virtual assistants for my Amazon business. Please note that this is not a traditional drop shipping position. While there may be some similarities, this job is different. Please read the application all the way through to see if you are qualified for this position and if this position is right for you.

I’m looking to hire a few people to help me source leads on eBay via Flipmine, utilizing softwares such as Keepa and SellerAMP to then sell the products on Amazon (FBA). You will analyze each individual product using data points such as sales rank, price, profitability, monthly sales, and number of sellers on the listing (competition) to make a decision whether or not the product is profitable.

This is a position that does not require any experience, but you must be willing to learn and put in the hard work to learn the position. You will be required to learn new softwares and skills, and must be diligent and persistent. You must be willing to openly communicate with me about what you don’t understand and anything you may need help with. During training, you must be willing to ask questions so I have a better understanding about what you still need help with. PRACTICE, PATIENCE, and COMMUNICATION are KEY.

Some requirements for this position are:

– STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION. This is important. You must be able to work quickly.
– Must be able to speak and understand english well.
– Must be a good communicator and hard worker.
– Must be available 40-50 hours per week.
– Must be willing to follow the work schedule you are given (more information about this below)

– Please have knowledge working with google drive, spreadsheets, documents, etc.
– It’s a bonus if you know how to use the softwares: keepa, flipmine, tactical arbitrage, Amazon seller app, Seller amp and other similar programs. Again, not required but a plus.
– Specify which position / hours you’re able to work (see below). It is a bonus if you’re open to any hours because of less competition.
– Honesty is a must and it’s important that we build a trustworthy relationship

Breakdown of how your hours will work:

2 VA positions will consist of 45 hours per week (5 blocks each)
1 VA position will consist of 36 hours per week (4 blocks)

Consisting of 14 weekly blocks. The blocks will be:

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST (BLOCK 1)
and
5:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST (BLOCK 2)

POSITION 1 will be:

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST /// Each day

POSITION 2 will be:

Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST /// Each day

POSITION 3 will be:

Saturday + Sunday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
and
Tuesday + Wednesday 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM EST

I will choose 6 applicants to interview. From there, I will then choose 3 applicants to hire and go through the training process. The training process should only take a week or two. From there, you will be hired, paid, and monitored as a full time employee of our company. To begin your training you will be paid $2.50 / hour. Once I feel you have put in the work and are qualified, you will be paid $3 / hour. Bonuses and incentives will be also be discussed at the start of the position: If you put in the work and source quality, profitable leads, you will be rewarded.
